open statement to all those who have info/opinions and helpful tips on the 84 vf 750--Just bought one as a project bike from a fellow who paid way too much for one 2 years ago--put new tires -newchain and sprokets plugs/synthetic oil/filter and other stuff-FORK seals and brake pads--then crashed at a slow speed in snow--had the fuel pump quit and generally got tired of trying to bring it back to pristine shape--He is a KLR rider--so says back to the dirt-asked me for $600 CDN take it off his hands and that is all she wrote...??
By the way--24,000 miles and generally just needs a lot of tlc

ANY AND ALL TIPS WELCOME--when in Vancouver BC. Canada --come visit
