I would suggest that you perhaps post some pictures on the FaceBook FXRT group page. Depending on the condition that could be a fair price. Some of the issues to check are maintenance, the rubber engine mounts, the clutch and tranny, the swing arm condition, also does it still have the air shocks and have you checked that they still hold pressure, and the wheel bearings and shims. Oil changes are hard and many didn´t get them regularly. My 84 FXRT was about 98% correct and original and it needed tires and some maintenacne. Parts are sometimes hard to find and the FXR parts command a premium when you can find good ones. The FXR page on FaceBook is the best for sharing parts and information I´ve seen.
