oil spitting out of tail pipe

Oil is coming out of lower tailpipe alog with blue smoke. There is a sound that comes out of the pipe. It sounds like extra air coming out. The bike runs very slugish, especially on the start in first gear. It seems like the engine isn´t getting enough gas. What is going on?
