I did the same 32 years ago. Mine was the flame job and cost me 6100$ with a windsheild and some saddle bags. It was a piece of crap that about shook me do death but didn´t know any better. Finally shipped the engine off to Lake Shore HD and had them balance it and install a 4 3/4\
