I tried to find this so called CENTRUM SPEDITION site and I wasnt able to find anything out. I suggest you establish a payment on your terms if they are unwilling then surely it is a scam. I recommend using paypal because it requires alot of personal information and most scammers are unwilling to do this because it will blow their cover. Real ebayers use it due to paypals protection and its definatley worth it for your own finacial protection.
