Does this year and model have good power?

I was thinking of buying a 1993 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide . I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of power these models have with a passenger and rider on them ? Do they have good pulling power or do they feel like they struggle ? Do they feel like they need another gear like they´re winding out ? Is 60 mph a good cruising speed for them ? Any help with these questions will be greatly appreciated . Cheers, Kirk .
