I am going to look at a 95 Electric Glide, original owner, with 20k for $11,000.00. I have a couple of concerns a) Price seems too high for this vintage even though it is clean and original. It is not a classic; i.e. 25yrs. old, the market is saturated with HD´s, they are overvalued. b) It is old technology without fuel injection so my concerns are power going up mountains, reliability, vibration as it is not the counter balanced engine. c) 1340 engine is this the 60hp or 74 engine? d) parts interchangeable with newer or universally? e) I assume it has cruise control electrical? f) what is the most I should pay for this bike unseen say a clean bike. I am a former pilot, never flew a radial open cockpit just my Pitts Sl. |
