I have had the same problems with the stators. Itook it to the harley dealer once and then to a outside shop. The outside shop told me that harley had upgraded the stator system. Since then my wife washed my bike and wipped out the ecm on the bike and a bunch of other electronics on it. Now their saying I need a new wiring harness just to make sure that the problems do not continue. I think harley has a problem with these bikes!
