you´ve found what I did, that it was a transition year, 86&87 seats will fir as long as the passenger back-rest is removed, cool looking seats are hard to come by. exhaust systems will fit 1985 through 2005 or 06 as long as the whole system is changed / mufflers fit through about 1994 / I had a custom leather panel made to replace the black vinyl tank panel / The bike is hard to find parts for, but when you go somewhere with others, you´ll usually be the only one with that bike, and usually the oldest / I recently upgraded to a 2004 E-Glide Classic, it´s nice, but I´ve kind of lost that one-of-a-kind pride of the old bike.
