Ultra classic frame ?

How is the ultra classic frame different than the soft tail. I understand how the soft tail works with a swing arm and internal hidden shock and I understand how the Dyna´s work with the 2 external shocks and a hardtail/chopper is a single frame, but what is the ultra classic frame like?
