SOUNDS LIKE THE CHECK BALL IN THE OIL PUMP IS DIRTY OR PITTED
THE CHECK VALVE IN THE PUMP ON THE OIL FEED LINE IS LETTING OIL FROM THE TANK SEEP INTO THE CRANK CASE WHEN YOU FIRE IT UP ITS CLEARING EXCESS OIL FROM THE MOTOR AND DUMPING IT OUT THE VENT TUBE
