Front Brake Issue?

I am having an issue with a noise and slight vibration that I can feel in the handlebars starting at 45 mph....is the worse @ 50 mph....and lessens slightly above that speed. Listening to it for a while becomes maddening. Anyone else have a experience similar to or the same as I am having? I could really use some ideas if anyone could help. Thanks.
