Oil filler cap broke off 94 Ultra Classic

Oil filler cap broke off 94 Ultra Classic

I was checking my oil lever the other day & the top chrome piece broke off while the rest of the dipstick stayed in the chamber. This was the cap model that had the digital temperature read on it. now the wire is broken & the rest of the filler cap is stuck & can´t remove it. any advice how to remove everything so I can just buy a new complete filler cap? thanks.
