| I don´t know wht´s wrong with my Harley I´ve been haveing problems it starts just fine and runs great until it heats up especially if you´re cruseing at 60 or 70 miles an hour it´ll start to sputter almost like the ignition is shutting off or like it´s runnig out of gas. I can´t figure it out it´ll keep sputtering and slowing down but if you shut the ignition of give it gas and turn the ignition back on it take off for awhile and then stat doing it all over again. Also if you pull over and shut the ignition off then strat it again it´ll run alright for a short period of time and start doing the same thing. I thought about a coil and I´ve also thought about the ignition modual but both of those are expensive and I´d sort of like to know before I start a trial and error situation. I´ve alread gone through three ideas and two of those already cost $150.00 I put in a new ignition timming sensor myself and I had my carburator completely gone through and cleaned by a Harley Dealer. I also emptied my gas tank and flushed it out myself. I don´t believe that this is a gas issue it seems more electrical. I´m leaning more to the ignition modual because the ignition timming sensor did go completely out or I think it did and maybe it damaged the ignition modual but I´m not even sure if the Ignition timming sensor did go out or if what happened is connected to what´s going on right now (Idon´t kanow) ???????????? Can someone please give me a clue ? |
