i have a 1989 flhs electric glide what the problem is when i leave it sit 4 a few weeks and go to start it it pumps oil up through that hose that goes to air cleaner and runs out air cleaner after it runs a little bit it quits is there a check valve or something else causing problem also can that line be blocked off
