The sad thing is that 1999 is the worst harley motor..first Twin cam ,the orginal cam bearings are useless (can get a uddate kit)Lots of problems with EFI..cange it to carbuteror..lots of problems with fairing Keeps falling off,bad irons that keep it up(also a update kit for this..Go´es on and on..Everybody says that better to avoid year 1999 flhtcui..This ii jus the naced truth..but if you know this and dive normall and don´t try to make a race-bike out of it`s OK !!
