everytime I turn on the blinker the voltage gauge dives into the 10´s. Can it be a ground problem. It has be to 3 shops and you know something I think Harley dealers just replace things. I had to tell them how to fix a number of problems during the 3 year warr. It was in the shops for 19 months of the 3 years. Still has the problems but not the warr. One has to smile ay?
