To Charles,the faring on your bike should be a fixed faring which means that it stays stationary while your handlebars moves.there should be two brackets (one on each side)that are fixed to your crash bar to support your faring along with two nuts with washers behind your headlight in the front. I bought a windshield to fit mine from J and P cycles.com last year. Hope this helps you, tuey
