considering going to a 120/70 front tire

I´m considering a Hogpro 19x3 or21x3.25 front wheel to get rid of my 90 tire. I would go to a metzler 120. What do you think? how differently will it handle. Should I stick with the 21 or drop the front by almost an inch with a 19?
