I bought a 99 sporty with 11000 km´s on it from a guy that said it was babied. Seemed to run ok for the first week and a bit, then there was a small oil leak from the front exhaust gasket. Once looked at not limited to but including new pistons and rings, push rod cvr kit, rebuilt top end kit, valve grinding and blasted carbon heads and a little more came out to 2500 dollars. Could anyone offer and possibilites as to how this happened? Ridden hard, over heating? Thanks in advance
