Spark Plug Torque Specifications

I just picked up a ´99 Sportster 1200 Custom Special. It sat for a while, so I want to change the oil and plugs. Can someone tell me what the torque specifications are supposed to be for the plugs? The previous owner hasn´t been able to locate the manual.
