Dave, first of all, thanks for for serving our country. Secondly, I just recently purchased a 2005 1200 custom from my friend who wanted a bigger bike. This is also my first bike and I love it. Plenty of power, decent ride, and you get a Harley at a fraction of the cost of most of them. Go ahead and get the bike, you deserve it, and you won´t be dissapointed.
