After 25 years of being without a bike I bought a 2004 Sportster last Friday (5/5/6). I´m 6 feet tall 240 pounds. The bike came with an engine guard (AKA crash bar) and highway pegs. I find the bike very very comfortable. My leg inseem is 33 inches. Problems are as noted in reviews, soft rear shock, mirrors do not extend far enough out, battery cover falls open. There are new clips provided by the dealer to fix the battery cover issue, I´m buying the extended/long stem mirrors. The shock issue is minor and will wait, good aftermarket shocks are expensive. This will not be a good bike for you and a passenger, except for short trips.
