Idle issue

My idle is consistently at 1300 , V&H short-shot staggers SE stage 1 air, fuelpak, no recalibratwion by HD. Checked for intake leak, checked 02 sensor plugs, adjusted and lubed cables.what´s next, or is 1300 rpm normal for warmed up idle and I never noticed it before?
