Max Weight Limit

Hello. My name is Snyder and we own a 2004 Harley-Davidson XL 1200 C Sportster Custom. It has the Screamin´ Eagle exhaust and it´s all chromed out. A little over a week ago, we got into a motorcycle accident and laid the bike down (no other vehicle was involve). Luckily (I guess luck depending on how you look at it) the bike mainly fell on us, so there´s limited damage to the bike (just some scraped pegs and a scrape on the mirror. Unfortunately it landed on my knee (which I had surgery on less than a year ago) and twisted as I fell. I´m in complete agony (the pain is worse than any surgery I´ve ever had). I´m almost 100% sure it will need some serious surgery; it´s getting worse as the days pass. Do I still love Harley´s? Of course! Well, that´s enough about me.

Anyway, getting to the question...I was wondering if someone could tell me the weight limit (or the max load limit) allowed on the bike. I´m now thinking we exceed it and may have even played a role in us laying the bike down.

If anyone can answer this, I´d really appreciate it! Stay cool and keep ridin´.

~Snyder~
