Fork Oil, Neutral Switch

I bought a 750 with leaking front fork oil seals. I have no idea how bad the seals are, so I figured I would drain and replace the oil then drive it for a while. I don´t know how the brakes and fork oil is tied together, or how to change the oil. It also has a bad neutral switch, don´t know where it is or how to replace. If anyone has info on these topics or a recommendation for a good shop manual and where to buy one, I would appreciate it.
