HELP - won´t start and idling problems

HELP - won´t start and idling problems

If someone could help out there. I really struggle to start the bike and with the compression it is no easy task. If I get it to start eventually I struggle to make it idle .... even if I turn it up and the revs run highter still does´nt want to idle. Please help dudes.
