FXRT - Tour Pak stock?

Hello everyone,
I´m about to buy a 1985 FXRT and it is missing the tour pak. Was the pak part of the way it was outfitted stock or was it an accessory? I´ve searched and have found them with and without the pak so it´s not clear what the answer is.
Also, is there a place that someone has found that sells parts for the FSRT, (besides H-D).
I´ve always been attracted to the FXRT despite its ´non-cool´ look and since it was designed in a wind tunnel, its road holding and stability are excellent, according to the verbal reports I´ve heard and read.
