anybody have problems with tranny sproket seal leaking,i was told that it is cause due to 4 speed tranny set up with the belt..it has to much constant pressure..i other words poor design and thats why they went to 5 speed..the cure is go back to chain drive..i´m asking because i have a softail i built and have alot of money wrapped up in it..but nobody seems interested just because it has aftermarket frame..but does have h-d motor and some parts. and a fella wants to trade me straight up for a 85 wideglide in good shape 26k on it..problem is there are several here in ohio going from 5 to 6 thousand and i have like 12k into mine.
