Good Purchase? Move up? |

I presently own a 1978 Honda 750F I bought new. It has a chain, is air cooled and though I love it, it isnĀ“t comfortable to ride--not any real distance. A friend has a 1985 BMW 100RS for sale in immaculate condition. He is the second owner. He bought a new BMW bike. He is asking $3,200. Is this a good price? What should I be looking for? With this bike be slower than my 750? Should be smoother right? What abut heat? I have a fairing on my bike so I get engine heat anyway. What should I ask? Justiceprof |
