1979 GS 750 Hesitates when warm

I have a 1979 Suzuki GS 750. When I first get it started it runs really fast, but after riding for a few minutes (as it heats up) it begins to hesiatate and loses alot of power. I recentle replaced the points and condensers and got the timing down good. Any sugestions????
