Hey everybody, I just bought a Suzuki GS850G for a$250.00. I was told it ran last year but didn´t run at present. It was all there and had 47,000 miles. All I could do was kick it over and I wasn´t impressed with the compression but I figured for 250 bucks... So I took it. It set for about a week before I could get to it and after putting in a battery I crossed my fingers and hoped it turned over. Well it did turn but was totally dead. Nothing not even a burp. So I checked spark, yep..gas..think so, still nothing. Next I pulled the plugs. Black as black can be so of course new plugs were in order. Wow! 5 bucks a pop I´ll definatly need to shop around for better prices. So with new plugs and a couple squirts of starter fluid, \ |
