xs 400 bought as project,need help

xs 400 bought as project,need help

i bought this bike, it sat for about 2 yrs i cleaned the carbs, changed plugs. i can get it started and idling with the choke pulled half way, when i push it in or rev up the motor it stalls out, any help would be greatly appreciated.
