HEY!~ I´m not sure if anyone knows much about this type of bike or is willing to reply, but I´ve got a question that maybe someone could answer. I´ve got a ´79 XS1100 SF, and I´ve lost top end at over 80MPH. Mechanics tell me that the carbs need to be rejetted. Running really rich and won´t run with a stock air filter in it. any suggestions? Brand new head gasket, timing chain gaskets, compression at 175 all across, coil. Mechanic stumped. thanks! ddamert@hotmail.com
