hi all, iam an bringing a 1977 xlh 1000 sportster back to life.
a rear tire is needed. on it now is a 120/90-18 dunlop just about worn out. iam told the rim is tapered and iam having trouble finding either a retro tire or the correct tire for it. goodyear and yokohama quit making the tire for a tapered rim. harley says to change to a 16´´ and i am not sure what wheel will cross over to it. i am use to dealing and keeping things as stock as possible.
can someone help me with either a correct tire or how to change over. thanks to all
