Down under the primary there is a bolt, screw it out if oil comes out it´s full if not add until fluid comes out .To change it there is a plug by the primary under neath towards the back take that out and fill by the top plug in the face side of the primary .I use revtech sportster tranny fluid .the best manual is from harley other then that a Clymer is ok.
