i have a 1980 xlh 1000cc and it has chewed gears two and three. It has also warped the housing into which the main gearshaft sits. Can i bore the housing out and fit a larger diameter shaft and if so what its best for the job? should i be looking for a new harley gearcluster or can i use a different manufacturers?
