i´m not a mechanic but just bought an old barley running 72 xlch 1000 sportster. I want to install a S&S Super E carb but it says it won´t fit a Harley with a magneto. Please tell me how to check and see if mine has one. Mine has a right side kick start and a electric ignition on the left side. Thanks.
