A friend of mine has a 1973 1000 sportster and he cant find his oil filter. Someone suggested that is was in his oil tank. When he looked, it wasn´t there. Another friend suggested that the oil tank is an after market tank and it may not of came with an oil filter or they took it out. Can anyone help me locate his oil filter? Thank you. Dan
