Any good after market shop can provide all the parts you need. I assume you are not an experienced mechanic or you would not be asking this question. It isn´t a real complicated process but if you are not an experienced mechanic, pay somebody to do it for you. The teeth you save could be your own.

A word of caution though. If you are working with the stock frame, the longer forks will compromise the turning radius and the stability of the bike. It will also tend to amplify any vibration coming from the front wheel.

I had mine 6 inches over stock for a while but I went back to stock length and I am glad I did. It is a much smoother ride at stock.
