Sorry if I still don´t know how this forum works.
I am owner (bought it new)of a 1978 R100S. All repairs made by myself to date. Motorbike with more than 200.000 Km, only changed an exaust valve, and still working well although quite noisy engine (rattle).
Wish to know the exact quantity of each front suspensions and the best oil, as I have seen many different opinions here and there (some say 280 cc from rebuilt, but others say that it has to be less qty for a better work)
Have many other questions and a lot of mechanical experience with it in order to help others if I would be asked for.
