Greetings fellow R100s lovers. I am really happy to find this site. I bought mine new in Sept.78. Because I live in Oregon and i planned on using the bike for work and pleasure touring i bought it with a color matched Luftmeister with lowers. i have always longed for the quarter fairing look and feel. I need help. I want to sell the full fairing and would very much like to find a new or used quarter fairing, with all the trimming(dash, gauges, etc.) Others have recommended a windshield slightly higher than the origional. Any comments regaring this and how I might locate one? How about shocks that are 2 inches lower than stock? Any recommendations. I know I´m supposed to keep this short so I´ll close now. I really look forward to hearing from any of you. Thank you, Steve |
