Cant get me 883 to start,

Cant get me 883 to start,

I cant get my 883 to start right, when it does start, it idles wrong and backfires. when i start driving it, it starts to cut out in first gear, I tried draining the gas tank, replacing the fuel filter and cleaning the Carb. can anyone help me?????
