I bought a 71 last year and have had to replace the solenoid 3 times and the battery just as many. I´m sick of doing the work and I know there´s a reason they keep failing. Does anyone have any insight to this? The wiring was a mess when I bought it and I´ve guessed as much as I could. Or does someone have close-up shots of the original configuration to give me a clue?
