good price and you can fix most anything most likely not much is wrong. Batt, tires, carburetor cleaning, tank cleaning ? pull spark plug wires and try to start so oil can lub everything before you let it run. replace wires and start. let it run at low RPM and operate clutch so it can be wet with oil. I would take the chance. Rick
