It was a phony XLCR, based on a Sportster with very poorly done replica tank. Take a close look at a real XLCR 1000 (aka CR1000R) and the movie bike and count the many things like the oil side-cover that aren´t even close.

I have a MINT 1977 CR1000R (the common name) and raret than the 1978.
