Howdy... I have been riding a 77 XLCR that´s all stock. *However* the brakes kinda sort feel like junk. Since I want to stay alive, I´m desperately hoping for more modern aftermarket calipers and rotors. I am not willing to drill/weld/break anything on this bike, but hope to just put the old parts in a box for the future and bolt-on some modern restro-mod versions. Anybody have any suggestions? Maybe just newly made OEM style replacements may do the trick but I´m guessing there are some options as these must be standard sportster fit, no? |
