Serious loss of power!! 1978 |

I have a 1978 400 Ch with low mileage, has not been driven in three years.Last fall when I started it up ran fine until I was out for about half an hour.Started to lose power and practically ahd to walk bike home.Had the carbs done, new plugs, top end gaskets changes as had oil leeks, fresh gas and tried another ignition coil. Once again after half an hour driving the same loss of power.Checked plugs and were light brown. Can anyone advise what it might be before I go and spend more money than the bike is worth which may not solve the problem, and I can enjoy it before the summer is gone. Thanks Mark Mark |
