ive had my hondamatic about 2 1/2 yrs. i bought it for $150, worked on the carbs and i was off. this is my first bike, and its great. so great that i rode it to myrtle beach in 2004,about 120 some miles from home. i read in this forum some one said you dont shift until 40, is this right because i have repair manuals and have not been able to find this info, didnt know when to shift so around 20 is when it felt right
