Confusion on CB400 Automatic models

Hi everyone,

I am really a Harley nut, but am helping a friend restore a CB400A. The duel Keihin carbs need rebuilding and I have been searching parts websites all over the place. I am confused as to whether or not 1978 CB 400 A is a single model or a classification. I mean, is the A just the A or is the Hawk an A as well? Does anyone out there get my question? I desperately need 2 side air diaphrams if someone knows where to locate them? Thank you.
